WHY
Highwood is renowned for our happening bar and restaurant scene, and Phase 3 offers a chance to re-energize it. But some bars and restaurants don't have outdoor seating. A community dining area allows all businesses to take advantage of the newly permitted outdoor dining in Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois plan.
